Hi Val,

Had a look in the stillborn files I have and the Churchyards at Hoyland, but I cant find Edward Brown in 1914-1915-1916 data, Sorry

Just a stab in the dark ,this family seems to be lost to me found marriage then birth and death in Barnsley of this child but no deaths for father or mother
But many thanks on helping me put a plaque on my still born sisters grave

could you please try and help me find the grave of a baby my mum had in 1961, born on 27th june , he would have had the name baby bridgewater , yours sincerely t, bridgewater

Barnsley Cemetery Sec 4 No 602 Public grave (More than one child in grave)

hi peter , I have been to Barnsley cemetery today and found the genuine area, but could you help me find exact plot , or help me find someone to meet me and show me precise plot , you have helped me so much and am so grateful x

Hi Tina,

If you go to Ardsley Crematorium Office tell them I sent you and Could they show you where the baby's grave is, I am sure they will help you.

Hello.
I am looking for info on Ian Button, aged 15 days in 1943' 31 hoyland street.
Bernard button, 14 months, 1901. 58 harbour hills road

There is also a stillborn female Button, 1915, 123 Dearne road.

Hope you may be able to help me, I am related to the button family

Hi Annette,

Ian Button is buried in Wombwell cemetery U/C - CPG (Childrens Public Grave)
Bernard is buried in Barnsley Cemetery Sec Q-670

Phone the Barnsley Town Hall on 01226770770 this is Barnsley Councils Switchboard, ask for the number of the registra of Births and Deaths Office they may be able to help you.

Hi Peter,
I am trying to help my friend find her twin brothers grave Thomas Bell stillborn on 5/12/1951 father Thomas Bell mother Elizabeth Bell nee Pearson also died the same day during childbirth in Newcastle. We think she is buried at Brooms Church Leadgate .
Would appreciate any help at all with this .

Hi Karen,

Sorry love but I only have the burial details of the Barnsley Borough,If you phone the local Crematorium Office to where you think the baby is buried they may have the details, BUT if the baby is buried in a Church Yard then the records are very rare. you could try and see the Vicar of Brooms Church or phone and see if they have any records or who holds the church burial records.
